Safety management systems training - Differences

Following ICAO mandate for Safety Management Systems implementation for all aviation service providers globally, EASA introduced an SMS training requirement for Aircraft Maintenance organizations, effective from December 2, 2022.

Safety Management Systems including Human Factors in Aviation Maintenance is a mandatory course for all Aircraft Technical Personnel, once in each two-year period.

ELISA's SMS differences course for personnel with valid Human Factors in Aviation Maintenance training is developed and fully compliant with EASA AMC4 145.A.30 (e) and GM1 145.A.30 (e) requirements.

EWIS training is mandatory every two years for all aircraft technical staff.

ELISA's Electrical Wiring Interconnection Systems training is developed and fully compliant with EASA AMC 20-22, Annex III to ED Decision 2008/007/R of 29/08/2008 and FAA AC 120-94 requirements for Target groups 1, 2 & 3.

Fuel Tank Safety aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of safety issues involved with design, production, and maintenance of aircraft fuel tanks, while emphasizing correct procedures required for enhancing and maintaining safety levels.

Fuel Tank Safety recurrent training is mandatory for all Aircraft Technical Personnel, once in each two-year period.

ELISA's Fuel Tank Safety phase 1&2 training is developed and fully compliant with EASA Appendix IV to AMC 145.A.30(e) and 145.B.10(3); Appendix XII to AMC M.A.706(f) and AMC1 M.B.102(c) and FAA AC 120-97A (Including Change 1) requirements.
